Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions provide space to explore the parts of life that feel overwhelming or unclear. Together, we’ll identify patterns, strengthen your coping strategies, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy offers a supportive setting to strengthen connection, work through conflict, and deepen understanding. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or want to improve your dynamic overall, we’ll work together toward clarity and connection.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers connection and insight through shared experience. I am currently offering a support group for individuals who have siblings with intellectual or developmental disabilities. It is space for understanding, reflection, and community.

What to Expect

Process

Sessions are held online and typically occur once per week, though frequency is always based on your individual needs. Each session is 45 minutes and personalized to your goals. I draw from several evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy. Beyond the traditional modalities, I take a holistic approach and believe in the power of integrating emotional, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing.

Pricing

Individual sessions for 45 min are $225, couples sessions for 60 minutes are $275. These are offered on a private pay basis, and I do offer sliding scale spots on a limited basis. I provide monthly superbills for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance. A complimentary 15-minute phone consultation is available to help us determine if we're a good fit before working together.
